Cat Genomics is a mobile app designed to assist cat breeders in predicting potential genetic traits of offspring from the breeding of purebred adult cats. The app offers various subscription plans, managed through Google Pay, Apple Pay, and RevenueCat.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the app. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Creation and Security

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, including a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately at dev@yebatech.com.

5. Subscriptions, Payments, and Pricing

• Subscription Plans: The app offers monthly and yearly subscription plans, with a possible lifetime plan in the future.

• Pricing: Subscription fees may vary by country due to local taxes, currency exchange rates, and platform fees. The exact subscription price applicable to your region will be displayed on the paywall within the app before purchase.

• Payment Processing: Subscription payments are processed through Google Pay, Apple Pay, and RevenueCat. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge you for your selected subscription plan.

• Refund Policy: All subscription payments are final. We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods unless required by applicable law.

6. User Conduct

By using Cat Genomics, you agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.

• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the app’s security or functionality.

• Misuse the app’s features, including misrepresenting genetic information or attempting to use the app in ways it was not intended.

• Share or distribute content or data from the app without authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in Cat Genomics, including software, text, graphics, and designs, are owned by or licensed to YEBATECH LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Accuracy of Calculations: Cat Genomics provides genetic predictions as an educational and informational tool. These predictions are estimates based on algorithms and do not constitute guaranteed outcomes. Users should not rely solely on the app for breeding decisions or any form of financial investment.

• No Liability for User Actions: YEBATECH LLC is not responsible for any financial or reputational damages that may result from users’ reliance on the app’s predictions. Users bear full responsibility for any breeding or business decisions made based on app-generated predictions.

• Security Measures: Although we use AWS Amplify and apply technical, administrative, and physical security measures to safeguard your data, no security system is foolproof, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against potential breaches. Use of the app is at your own risk, and YEBATECH LLC is not liable for unauthorized access to your data beyond our control.

• Use at Your Own Risk: The app and its features are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding the reliability, accuracy, or suitability of the information and features provided by the app.

• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, YEBATECH LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Cat Genomics.
