ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to Yebatech LLC ("Yebatech"). Yebatech provides its services subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOS"). By using Yebatech's mobile application Petipedia ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these TOS. In addition, when using specific Yebatech services, you will be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be updated from time to time.

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these TOS. By accepting these TOS, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. In case of any conflicts between the Privacy Policy and these TOS, the TOS shall prevail.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Yebatech LLC provides users with a comprehensive pet care platform through the Petipedia mobile application (the "Service"). The Service includes:

Pet Care Library: Educational content, articles, and videos about pet health, nutrition, behavior, genetics, and care

Medicine Dosage Calculator: Tools for calculating appropriate medication dosages for pets

Educational Resources: Expert veterinary information and best practices for pet care

User Profiles: Customized experiences based on user type (Pet Owner, Veterinarian, Student, Pharmacist)

The Service is provided "AS IS," and Yebatech LLC is not responsible for any issues related to timeliness, deletion, misdelivery, or failure to store any user communications or settings.

You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service and acknowledge that access may involve third-party fees (such as internet connectivity). You are also responsible for providing all equipment necessary to access the Service.

Important Medical Disclaimer: The information provided through Petipedia, including the medicine dosage calculator, is for educational purposes only and should not replace professional veterinary advice. Always consult with a qualified veterinarian before administering any medication to your pet.

SUBSCRIPTION FEES AND BILLING

Subscription Tiers:

Free Tier: Basic access to limited content

Calculator Tier: Access to medicine dosage calculator and basic educational content

Premium Tier: Full access to the complete pet care library and medicine dosage calculator

Billing and Payment:

All subscription fees are processed through Apple App Store and Google Play Store

Subscription management is handled through RevenueCat

Subscription fees are charged according to your selected billing cycle (monthly)

Auto-renewal occurs unless cancelled before the renewal date

Cancellation:

To cancel a recurring subscription, users must:

Access their device's subscription settings (iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, or Google Play Store > Subscriptions)

Select the Petipedia subscription and choose to cancel

Follow the cancellation instructions provided by the respective app store

Failure to actively cancel a subscription will result in continued charges. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next billing cycle.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds for subscription purchases are governed solely by the policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Yebatech LLC does not issue refunds directly under any circumstances. If a refund is approved, it is processed exclusively by the respective app store provider and not by Yebatech LLC.

We may receive refund notifications from Apple or Google and comply accordingly, but these decisions are entirely at their discretion. In most cases, refunds are not granted, and users should not expect them unless initiated and approved by the platform.

Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions and may cancel at any time through their app store settings. However, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.

Please note that gift codes and promotional subscriptions are non-refundable once redeemed, regardless of usage.

USER OBLIGATIONS

By using the Service, you agree that:

You are at least 13 years old (users under 18 require parental consent)

You will provide accurate and complete information as requested during registration

You will use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these TOS

You will not share your account credentials with others

You acknowledge that the Service is for educational purposes and does not replace professional veterinary care

Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete information may result in account suspension or termination by Yebatech LLC

ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any authentication methods. In case of unauthorized use, you must notify Yebatech LLC immediately at support@yebatech.com. Yebatech LLC is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.

USER CONTENT AND CONDUCT

Permitted Use:

Access educational content for personal learning and pet care

Use the medicine dosage calculator for informational purposes only

Create user profiles with accurate and truthful information

Report inappropriate content or technical issues

Prohibited Activities:

Users agree not to engage in the following activities:

Providing veterinary advice through the Service without being a licensed professional

Sharing false, misleading, or unverified information about pet health or medication

Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise any part of the Service

Using the Service for any commercial or promotional purposes without express permission

Posting content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate

Violating the privacy of others or infringing intellectual property rights

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or bypass its security measures

Using calculator results or educational content for treatment purposes without professional consultation

PROFESSIONAL USE AND LIABILITY

For Veterinary Professionals:

Licensed veterinarians, pharmacists, and students may use the Service as a supplementary reference tool

Professional users are expected to rely on their own clinical judgment and training

The Service does not replace medical education, clinical experience, or official treatment protocols

Disclaimer of Liability:

All information provided within the app—including educational content, dosage calculators, and user-generated material—is intended solely for general informational purposes.

Yebatech LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any content and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users must not rely on any content in the Service as a substitute for professional veterinary consultation.

Any decisions made or actions taken based on the content in the app are the sole responsibility of the user. Yebatech LLC shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect consequences arising from the use or misuse of the Service.

Always consult with a licensed veterinarian or qualified professional for accurate medical advice or treatment decisions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content within the Petipedia app, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, educational materials, and software, is the property of Yebatech LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

DATA AND PRIVACY

User data is protected under our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Users are responsible for safeguarding their personal information and understanding what data they choose to provide.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE

Yebatech LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to:

Adding or removing educational content

Updating calculation algorithms

Modifying subscription tiers or pricing

Changing user interface or functionality

Users acknowledge that Yebatech LLC is not liable for any modifications or discontinuations.

TERMINATION

Yebatech LLC may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these TOS, including but not limited to:

Providing false information about professional credentials

Misusing the medicine dosage calculator

Engaging in prohibited activities listed above

Violating the intellectual property rights of Yebatech LLC

Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease, and Yebatech LLC is not responsible for any data loss resulting from account termination.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes arising from or relating to these TOS or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Maricopa County, Arizona.

CHANGES TO TERMS

Yebatech LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted within the mobile application. Users are encouraged to review the terms regularly. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

SEVERABILITY
