ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to Yebatech LLC ("Yebatech"). Yebatech provides its services subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOS"). By using Yebatech's website and mobile application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these TOS. In addition, when using specific Yebatech services, you will be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be updated from time to time.

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these TOS. By accepting these TOS, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. In case of any conflicts between the Privacy Policy and these TOS, the TOS shall prevail.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Yebatech LLC provides users with various services (the "Service"). The Service may include advertisements, and you acknowledge that such advertisements are necessary for Yebatech LLC to provide the Service. Any new features enhancing or expanding the current Service will also be subject to these TOS. The Service is provided "AS IS," and Yebatech LLC is not responsible for any issues related to timeliness, deletion, misdelivery, or failure to store any user communications or settings.

You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service and acknowledge that access may involve third-party fees. You are also responsible for providing all equipment necessary to access the Service.

FEES AND COSTS

Users are granted a free advertisement quota every three (3) months. If a user wishes to post additional advertisements beyond the free quota, they must pay the fee determined by the company through RevenueCat based on their region. Each advertisement remains active for thirty (30) days.

To cancel a recurring subscription, users must log into their account and follow the cancellation instructions. Failure to actively cancel a subscription will result in continued charges.

REFUND POLICY

We do not issue refunds. Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time, but cancellations must be made at least one (1) day before the renewal date.

USER OBLIGATIONS

By using the Service, you agree that:

1. You are at least 18 years old.

2. You will provide accurate and complete information as requested during registration.

3. Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete information may result in account suspension or termination by Yebatech LLC.

ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. In case of unauthorized use, you must notify Yebatech LLC immediately. Yebatech LLC is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.

USER CONTENT AND VISIBILITY

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that all content you share, including advertisements, social media links, profile details, and any other publicly available information, is visible to all users.

The following user details will be publicly visible:

• Email addresses and phone numbers used during registration.

• Names, surnames, social media links, addresses, and company names (if applicable).

• Any other information users choose to share in their profile or advertisement listings.

Users are solely responsible for any content they post on the platform. If a user shares illegal content, Yebatech LLC reserves the right to:

• Ban the user from the platform.

• Remove their paid advertisements without issuing a refund.

USER CONDUCT

Users agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Posting unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate content.

• Using the Service for spam, misleading, or fraudulent purposes.

• Violating the privacy of others or infringing on intellectual property rights.

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or bypassing security measures.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE

Yebatech LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice. Users acknowledge that Yebatech LLC is not liable for any modifications or discontinuations.

TERMINATION

Yebatech LLC may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these TOS. Yebatech LLC is not responsible for any data loss resulting from account termination.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. Users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Maricopa County, Arizona.

PRIVACY POLICY AND SECURITY

User data is protected under our Privacy Policy. However, users are responsible for safeguarding their personal information.

CHANGES TO TERMS

Yebatech LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted on the website. Users are encouraged to review the terms regularly.
